It's a prayer request week:

1. Pray for a 23 year old, newer climber, I took out to Smith last week. We did some trad crack climbing. He was learning all he could. Pray for his salvation. Found out he is a committed agonistic.

2. Pray for one more board member to come forward. We need that to happen before an official change in Solid Rock can happen.

3. Outreach at Smith Rock this weekend: Pray for good enough weather for climbing so that climbers will be there. Pray for the details of getting the coffee and cards together. Pray for the reception as we pass out coffee to the climber. Pray for the safety of all those who are participating.

OUTREACH ANNOUNCEMENT:

On Saturday, February 26th, at Smith Rock, Oregon, I will be hosting a servant-type of Solid Rock Outreach. At 8:00 am, we will meet in front of the Redpoint Climbing Shop in Terrebonne. We will pray and then head to the Smith Rock parking lot. We will pass out free cups of coffee. Solid Rock cards with the gospel on the back will be available. Then we can climb together and as the Lord provides, we can continue some of the conversations that we began in the parking lot. Please let me know if you would like to participate.
