    1. Describe Your Event: Gathering, Outreach or other. If you are doing an outreach, think through how you are going to “show God’s love in a practical way.” Some examples are: Free Dinner, Passing out hot/cold drinks, Free Gear Giveaway and Taking pictures (digital or film) and send to them.
